All attendees to London Kinbaku Studio events must confirm they read our Code of Conduct
Thank you for working with us to create a safer environment for all people.
RULES & GUIDELINES:
- Topless for artistic purposes is allowed at LondonRopeSocial/London Kinbaku events unless otherwise stated in event listings. By attending any of our events, you agree to dress in accordance with what is asked of you. NO fetwear may be worn outside of any venue at any time. If fetwear or nudity is allowed at the event, it will be clearly listed for you. If it is NOT LISTED, it is NOT ALLOWED.
- No sexual genital contact is allowed at any event; no insertion of toys, fingers, or genitals into any persons.
- All attendees have the right to have their chosen gender identity and sexuality recognized. Attendees have the right to use and be known by the pronouns and other words of identity that they choose. If unsure of a person’s preferred pronouns, please politely ask them what they like to use. Intentional misgendering is unacceptable.
- No illegal activity of any kind will be tolerated. Solicitation or negotiation to any form of payment in exchange for sexual or BDSM activities during the event is forbidden.
- PHOTOS Audio and video recording or photography is prohibited without permission. Photos of yourself may NOT include anyone or any identifiable items in the background. Photos you take of others must have PREVIOUS consent, given before beginning any tying. Please send photos promptly to people if they have not been taken on their device. Organisers may refuse to allow photography at any time without reason. Organisers may require you to delete any photo which contains other people or anything in the background which may identify people or the location. Attendees have a right to preserve their anonymity while attending this event. All personal information is to be treated as confidential. If you decide to share your artwork on social media, we kindly request that you tag us @london_kinbaku. Additionally, if you know the @names of the rigger and model, please include them too.
- We reserve the right to prohibit entry to or dismiss anyone from an event at our discretion. This could include, but is not limited to your conduct at past LRS events or other events, or within the general community or online. We communicate with attendees through EMAIL, please message us back if you hear from us about your tickets or RSVP. We can’t help you otherwise!
- Unless otherwise stated, all LondonRopeSocial/London Kinbaku events are open to all genders, sexual identities, roles, experience levels, etc.
- While we do our best to find accessible spaces, this is not always an option and accessibility cautions will be listed on each event. If we can help you to attend in any way, please reach out to us!
- Our events are entirely intoxicant and smoke free. If you show up to an event with signs of impairment/intoxication, you will be asked to leave without refund.
- Please no perfumes, colognes, body sprays, etc. We try to keep our spaces scent free!
- We expect that you will only engage in a workshop to your comfort level and physical ability. Please honor your body and mind in this way!
- Any activity or speech of a derogatory, inflammatory, or hateful nature towards another attendee or person will be grounds for removal from the event. Remember… you’re a responsible adult, and we REQUIRE you to act like one!
- Maintaining a respectful environment is a must at all LRS events! This means that gossip, derogatory language, slander, and absolutely any and all negative speech about or towards anyone else is prohibited. Please do not talk about people who are not here. If you feel that you need to hide what you are saying, do not say it!
- Artistic Purposes – photoshoots, capturing a pose or specific look
- Refunds – There are no refunds on any LondonRopeSocial/London Kinbaku tickets. If you have registered for Open Floor, Rope Social and would like to transfer your ticket to a future event, you may do so provided you contact us by email (londonropesocial@gmail.com by the WEDNESDAY before the event. Your event transfer must be used within one months. If you have registered for Performance night, Rope jam, Men in rope, Tied, and would like to transfer your ticket to a third party, you may do so provided you contact us by email (londonropesocial@gmail.com) by the Wednesday before the event. Third party must fill out our waiver. If you have registered for any workshop or intensives you may transfer your ticket to a person that will attend in your place no less than 72 hrs before the event begins.
