BOTTOMS CIRCLE
Are you a seasoned rope bottom? Perhaps you’re new to rope bondage? Are you a top wanting to understand and connect more with your tying partner?
Whatever experience level you have or whatever side of the rope you’re experiencing, join us in discussion. Let’s get a deeper understanding on being bound in rope.
We invite you to join us for an intimate discussion on Rope bottoming. In the first of this series we are very fortunate to have experienced rope bottom and performer Jaylupinus facilitate our new project.
This warm and inviting experience is designed to have laid back conversation and share ideas to develop and grow your bottom experience.
We lower the lights in a nature like setting to create a relaxing atmosphere. The seating arrangement is comfy couches, chairs and floor space for you to bring your blankets and pillows (Some pillows are available for use), encouraging you to melt into and participate in discussion.
A variety of cold and warm non alcoholic beverages such as cocktails, tea and water is available for you to enjoy.
On our first series of BOTTOMS CIRCLE our wonderful host will be opening herself up to share the knowledge and experience that has brought her to this level in her rope bondage journey.
Some topics that will be covered are
- Physical safety
- Emotional safety
- The importance of knowing your own limits
- Expectations, contracts, and boundaries – for all people involved
- Pain and pleasure
- Sex, lifestyle, scenes
- Conversation/ communication with tying partners.
- Critical thinking, how decisions affect you and others.
About Jaylupinus
JayLupinus found the rope scene in 2018 through the Toronto Kinbaku Salon. There she discovered her love of Shibari and developed lasting relationships with experienced rope artists and Shibari enthusiasts.
JayLupinus discovered that the connections she made through rope, personally and interpersonally, were enlightening in ways that she hadn’t experienced anywhere else. With interests in art, psychology, and alternative lifestyles, she maintains that rope is an incredible tool to help people experience connections in more ways than you might think – and she can’t wait to talk about it!
